Has anybody seen a rash like this before? To me it looks like bug bites and I treated it with desitin but the desitin didn’t help at all. Any ideas??

Looks like hand foot and mouth, my oldest had it a month ago and she had it everywhere even her lady bits and bum

This doesn’t look like a diaper rash. Looks like its an allergic reaction or something? I’d ask a pediatrician.

Just a little update everyone! I took her in to see her doctor and her doctor said she has Gianotti–Crosti Syndrome (Acrodermatitis). Which is a rare type of rash that is itchy and they don’t use anything to treat it with. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I was not expecting that diagnosis at all I thought it would have been something I’ve heard of before lol but she pulled up pictures and it looked just like it. It’s harmless but unfortunately can take weeks to go away.

My daughter just had the same thing, I couldn’t believe it myself but it’s a yeast diaper rash. I went to the pediatrician and was told to use an over the counter clotrimazole ointment (ringworm or athletes foot). It didn’t get better in almost two weeks so I went back and got a stronger prescription cream, and now another week later it’s finally getting better. 
Of course I’m no medical professional, but it looks exactly the same.
