6 days late, BFN, spotting

I NEVER SPOT EVER!

I’m 6 days late according to glow. I had a small blood clot with my pee this morning followed by really faint spotting. At 7am. Spotted again at 2:30 and again at 5:30. Took a test and got BFN at 5:30.

Irregular cycle. So I’m not sure if I’ve even ovulated yet (or at all) but I don’t have a normal blood flow at all. Usually periods start with a medium flow immediately. Then heavy then light. But right now I’m just spotting. /: idk what to do.
