6weeks and I lost the baby 😔

My dr reassured me so many times I did everything right but that something was wrong with the baby. I think I knew I wouldn’t be pregnant long because I had a very late positive pregnancy test and I also bled like I was having a period. But my hcg was blazing high when I went in for an HCG level test. The second time I went in (a week after the first) it was low. I started cramping a couple days later. It felt almost like a full contraction.. it only happened twice. Well tonight I passed a stringy grey and brown thick piece of discharge. I’m not sure what it was. I’ve never had a MC before. I go in tomorrow to make sure my HCG is at a zero, make sure I’m not anemic and for an ultrasound.

How long did you wait to TTC again?(I’ll be waiting for my Dr to tell me)
