Keto Tips
So I’d like to start Keto again, mainly because of my PCOS, but I don’t know where/how to do it.
What should my first steps be?
I am not a meal planner, but that seems to be the only way to do this, and that’s where I get discouraged.
I also REALLY like fruits such as bananas and apples, and I’d hate to give those up just to keep within my carb count. But I’m willing.
Advise?
