Have you gotten a hemorrhoid?

Im terrified of getting one. Any way to prevent it?

Don’t put much pressure on your anus or eat curtain foods that irritate you when you poop, but with a baby inside you there is really nothing you can do, docs say it will go away once to give birth but mines never went away. It doesn’t bother though when I am constipated in it hurts like a bitch. Also a TMI: no anal sex for me 🤣

I got like 2 while pushing my first out, they were occasionally a nuisance, but cream and tucks pads, and witch hazel helped. They came back full force in my second pregnancy, but I didnt have them after pushing that time (smaller baby) just try not to strain, eat a lot of fiber, and if you start feeling constipated ever take stool softeners (it's a great I dea to start these right after you have the baby too cuz its makes it easier after giving birth)

I didn't get a hemorrhoid until it was push time. No way I could have predicted that. It did go away after about a month or so, but I'm terrified that it will just show up in my next (if there is a next) pregnancy. Lol I think it just depends on your body. Not much you can do!!
