Hi all.. recently I heard exercise will decrease breast milk production? Is it so? How to decrease our pregnancy weight ...I put on 20 kgs in this pregnancy.basically I am an Indian our food is white rice.....I can't control myself from food .I ate alot now am near to delivery and thinking how to reduce my weight...I would like to do exercise but my sister told it will decrease my milk supply..can anybody suggest me how u decrease ur weight after delivery ...
