Latch issues

My little one of almost a week old and was doing great (or so I thought) at breast feeding. When my milk came in I started to get engorged and now she refuses to latch at all. When I lay her down to breast feed in the foot ball hold position (works best for me Bc of large breasts) she just cries and shoved my boob away. I’ve tried a warm compress, hand expressing and pumping for a few minutes then trying to feed her but nothing is working. Has anyone else had this issue or does anyone have any advice. I’m trying to stay positive but am extremely exhausted and frustrated after 3 days of this. My supply seems be be plummeting as well Bc if this issue and that discouraging Bc I was hoping to exclusively breast feed as I did with my first.
