Could I be pregnant?

I was on nexplanon until about a month ago when I switched to oral contraceptive... I was pretty okay with taking it the first week with a few lates here and there but never more than three hours. I then missed a pill during the second week, and didn’t take it the next morning because I didn’t have my pack until later that day. So I just continued normally. During the third week, I miss a pill. Then took on the next day, missed on again, and then took one. During this time I had unprotected sex all three of those days. This was last weekend. (I know I need to switch my birthcontrol cause I’m terrible with the pill.) i was supposed to get my period a few days ago and only had it very light for about a day and a half. Now I don’t have anything at all. My period is usually regularly on time and the usual 5 days. My boobs have been hurting a lot and I have Lower back pain. Been craving pickles like nonsense. Could I be pregnant?
