Hip pain
I am 21 weeks 4 days & lately have had some crazy hip pain. It’s almost like a stiff feeling rather than jolting aches and pains. I find myself wanting to go on walks to relieve the stiffness. Anyone else have this?
When I look up hip pain it suggests to lay down and relax and find myself wanting to do opposite to relieve the discomfort. Is that weird??
