Trying not to worry

So, over the last year I had a tubal pregnancy and 2 miscarriages. We are pregnant now. 5+1

My last miscarriage, we hear a heartbeat at 6 weeks and 8 weeks check there was no heartbeat and the baby had not grown since the 6 week check.

My nurse is keeping close tabs on my HCG Numbers. Went from 23 to 80 which was great. The next week from 269 to not quite doubling. She wasn’t specific about the number. She said about doubled. She said 40 shy of doubling. I know it’s not good to get stressed about the numbers. I asked her if it sometimes happens that way and everything is ok. She said yes. I’m hoping to hear stories of success with this issue. Thanks
