Help I’m so confused

I had a miscarriage on November 4th the baby came out of me on Tuesday November 6 I went to the dr to confirm it my HCG levels went from 190 to 240 so they had me back on Thursday November 8th to recheck they went down I bleed for a whole week I stopped bleeding on Sunday a week from my miscarriage well today I decided to take a test to make sure it was negative but I got this that is more positive then my test before my miscarriage
