Which ones can I take ?

Other prenatals are making me sick and I’m looking into these but am I supposed to get the complete ones or the ones with iron ?

I was taking the vitafusion gummies and they were making me sick.  I tried the GNC brand gummies and didn’t have a problem the rest of my pregnancy.  Maybe it’s just something in their combination of ingredients?  Hope this helps!

My dr recommended flintstone vitamins also I'm 18 wks and haven't been taking my others as needed because I've been sick daily and the vitamins just made it worse she said to take 2 flintstones a day but she didnt say with or without iron. A lot of pregnant women have low iron so I'm guessing the iron ones would be best. I've got to go get some myself

My friends doctor actually told her to take flinstones vitamins and folic acid instead of a prenatal. Im not sure why. But thats what she does.

You can take either one. I use the ones with iron. You don’t need to take any additional supplements, these have everything you need. I couldn’t take prenatal either but the flinstone ones are perfect. They have all the nutrients from a prenatal you would need. If your doc tells you to get iron, then do that. Otherwise it won’t matter

I use w/o iron. My doctor recommended I take them also after trying about 6 other brands of prenatal (4 of which were gummies) and being sick constantly. Don’t worry your licensed medical professional likely knows much more than the women here on Glow.

I posted this same thing last week and some ladies tore me apart 😂😂😂 I tried 4 different kind of prenatals and they all made me sick.
Do you have a Trader Joe’s by chance? I got some prenatals from there and some how I haven’t gotten sick yet knock on wood.

You need to get the regular ones, do not take anything with added iron unless your doctor tells you you need it .

You get gummy prenatals. These don’t have the two most important vitamins in prenatals.

With iron. But you will also need to buy and folic acid and dha supplement as well as for any other nutrients or gaps in nutrtiin you will have from it. Compare the label to a prenatal to see what extra vitamins you need.
