Babies poop very mucusy

This morning my babys poop looked really mucusy. Hes acting normal otherwise,no fever, lots of pees. Gaining weight. Could it be an allergy? I've been working the past 3 days so my boyfriend has been giving him frozen breast milk while I'm at work. Could that cause it? Hes 2 months old. He does spit up quite a bit too
