Internal vs External
Edit. This ended up being a mole pregnancy. Just had a dnc.
I’m 7w3d according to my last period. At 7w I had a lot of cramping. Then haven’t had any of my prior pregnancy symptoms since. So I came to the hospital for an ultrasound (I hadn’t had one yet prior to this). The technician took no more than 5 pictures externally then said she had to do an internal exam. Any reason why they’d have to do an internal exam as opposed to just the external?
