Second baby dilema?

I have a daughter who is 1 1/2, and we said we were going to try for our second around this time because we want the age gaps to be around 2 yrs. and let me tell you that my baby fever is in full force. I want to try for another baby so bad. Also, my sister is pregnant and it’s making it worse 😂
The problem is- I just got a new job at the hospital that I’ve wanted for a while, I start December 15th. I don’t want to start the job already pregnant because I don’t know if they would be upset, but I really want to try for a second. Any tips? Or experiences of when to try for number 2?

IDK where you live, but FMLA isn't able to be used until you've been employed for 12 months (I'm pretty sure). So you may not even be able to take time off if you get pregnant now.
I'm in the same situation. My current job is negatively impacting my mental and physical health and I'm looking for a new job, but also hoping to get pregnant.

This is us, I want a second and wanted to start trying around now. However I just took a new job that I had potential to grow. So we’re struggling.  For us I don’t think my body can wait and so we’re trying but not as hard as we would be without the conflict.  Going to just see what happens.
