Should I be concerned

My baby seems to be fussy and the only time she’s not is when she’s sleeping 💤 or breastfeeding 🤱🏽 I check her diapers she isn’t wet or I’ll change her! A little gas idk if that could be a factor of irritation and idk if GERD irritates babies all day long because she has that too! She also never seems satisfied after feedings and doesn’t eat every 3hrs more like on demand! She is a month old!
