My baby stopped taking from my breast about three weeks after I returned to work.
I pumped for as long as I could but my milk supply is getting lower and lower.
How do I just quit cold turkey? I haven’t pumped in well over 24 hours and my boobs just started killing me. I don’t know what to do.
