Would you take offense to this or no?

Im a single mom i have 3 children been seeing this great guy for 5 months now he has no children. Anyways hes a great guy but told me the only thing he doesnt like about me is that i have 3 kids otherwise he loves everything about me . I was a bit taken back by that comment didnt know how to reply 🤯 i respect him not wanting kids and all that of course but im confuse .

Im not upset with him at all. Just taken back because this is something i specifically brought up before anything and he reassure me that was no reason not to date and now im a little bummed and feel as i should end this. Hes never met my children either so im glad for that.

Um yeah kinda messed up to say. If someone couldn’t accept my kids then I don’t wanna be with them.

That's the point where you end it.
I understand not wanting kids, but it's also super misleading to date you KNOWING you have 3 then 5 months in going "yeah I dont want your kids" is pretty crappy. When I was a single mom I had a handful of men do that to me, too. No matter how clear I tried to be about us being a packaged deal, they still did this. 
It sucks but this is the end of the road.

Let him be honest with you.lt can be hard...l mean imagine yourself being single and dating a man with 3 children.l can understand what he means and men arent the most sensitive people...so words can come out out of order or harsh.Tell him how you feel too.GB.

Personally I don't think he meant that comment to mean that he doesn't accept your kids. I'm dating an older guy and if he would have had kids from a previous relationship I would love and accept them, but it still wouldn't have been my idea of an ideal situation because becoming a step parent can be messy.

I feel like you cannot really be mad at him for being honest. He did not choose to have those kids. His choice now is whether he can accept them since you are a package deal. And you can and should ask him where he stands on that.

He isn’t a bad person for not wanting kids ect. Although i question why he started dating you in the first place, dump him. This wont work.
