Debilitating migraines during pregnancy

Severe migraines. Doctors won’t help. Only allowed Tylenol obviously because I’m pregnant and I have a headache class next week. What can I do. I email my doctor constantly. I’ve made many in office appointments with OB and Adult Medicine doctors, no luck I’ve been to the ER and they had to give me a narcotic to stop the migraine attack about a month and a half ago. I can’t afford to go to the ER every time. What can I do. I feel like since I went to the ER, and now that I’m having another migraine attack and I emailed my doctor they think I want to be prescribed the same thing! That’s just the feeling they’re giving me I don’t know like I’m a druggie or something. And I don’t care if they give me that or not, as long as it’s safe for pregnancy and helps me it’s so hard to talk or open my eyes. I’m nauseated. I need help please any advice. The only migraine triggers I know of for me is caffeine and candy.
