vaginal infection!?!

guys i really need your help i’m desperate. So on thursday i started getting a little down there but i didn’t put much mind to it, then on friday i get the curiosity of looking at it with my phone and taking a picture with flash and i had what looks like cold sores on my vagina and on my labia minora, i instantly bought monistat thinking it was some type of yeast infection but it’s only getting worst and burns like crazy when i pee. and to top it all off i’m getting these same bumps on anus. i have like 5 right now all around the anus. and i have 2 cold sores on my mouth and one on my tongue. VERY VERY PAINFUL 😭😭😭😭😭 what do you guys think this can be ?!? i looked it up and thought it might be a herpes but i have no idea pleaseee help
