How do you let someone know that you have feelings for them?

There is definitely chemistry between us, but it’s a difficult situation because we’re good friends and he is also friends with my ex. I think he likes me but I don’t know if he would ever openly admit it.

We talk everyday. We can have conversations all night long, and we’re super flirty and sassy around each other. I cannot get him out of my mind...
