I’m 14 weeks & 6 days & i wanna know something

Is it bad to drink tab water when pregnant ? That’s all i can drink rn i don’t have any filtered also when does your baby start depending on you for food or do they ever depend on you for food while in there lol this is my first pregnancy I’m all confused i should’ve asked my ob about it when i was there. They’re just coming to my mind now ! How can i not worry about miscarriage too because i think about it everyday 🙄
