Curious bump!!!!

Hey y'all! So I'm 18 never been to a gynecologist so I'm not sure what to do. On the outside of my vagina (more where my inner thigh meets my vaginal area, is a bump. A few weeks ago it appeared as more of a feeling. Nothing showed there was just a bump. So I thought it was just an ingrown hair. I totally forgot about it until now when I felt it. I checked it out and it's an ashy gray color with some light purple and it stings a little when I take a bath. s.o.s. and thanks :)
