Yesterday, i went to the bathroom and noticed this random looking sore on my labia. there is only one and it doesn’t burn nor itch. i’ve touched it a bit and picked at it but there is not much pain with it.

right now it’s hidden by some pubic hair but hasn’t gone down much. should i be concerned this is a solo herpes sore?

the last time i has sex was 10/5 and i got tested on 10/17 - which came back negative. not sure if i should schedule another apt with my doctor or if i am being paranoid.
