Cold remedies- help please!
I’ve had an awful cold for over a week (mostly coughing, sore throat, stuffy nose. I did have a fever but it broke) and I need some relief!
I have been taking robitussin for a day since it was listed in the packet from my doc of safe meds, but I still hate taking it. I bought a humidifier, upped my liquids and zinc intake and have been trying to rest. Any other safe remedies you guys can offer for me and the baby? Thanks so much in advance! 🤒🤧😷
