How can I stop getting upset every time my boyfriend slightly raises his voice at me or talks to me like he’s annoyed at me? It’s so annoying every time he’s seems slightly in a bad mood with me I get really upset and the whole day is ruined bc we’re just annoyed at each other and my reaction is so ridiculous bc it’s usually bc he’s stressed out and im being a bit annoying or something but I take it so personally how can I stop
