Hand Foot and Mouth and Yeast Infection. TMI

Currently 16 weeks and 4 days pregnant with baby #2 (its a boy this time yay!) and my body hates me.

I started this week off with a very itchy cooch in the middle of the night. That has turned into a full blown yeast infection. Had an OB appt on Tuesday and of course being pregnant you can only take the 7 day treatment...which I find splooging that much cream inside of me absolutely disgusting especially for 7 days straight. I had several yeast infections when I was pregnant with my daughter 3 years ago and haven’t had any since. Ughh thanks second trimester.

I also started this week with a sore throat that has now turned into hand foot and mouth disease today. I did not get diagnosed today but I for sure know that’s what it is because this is now the second time I’ve had it. Lots of red bumps on my hands and it feels like I’m holding a handful of needles constantly. Last time, I got it first and then passed it on to my then 4 month old daughter. The dr then said that he was seeing a spike of it occurring in adults. I’ve checked my girls hands multiple times today and I haven’t seen anything yet and I’m really hoping her immune system is better than mine right now. Especially cuz I know this virus can get pretty serious for some kids.

Also there is a big snow storm expected to hit us tonight. Really hoping for a snow day from my job tmrw lol
