Kissing babies is it ok?

Okay, so to start I have had two MMC’s and this is why I am so worried about my baby boys health. I am now 16 weeks and beyond excited that we are having a viable pregnancy. To get to the point I have read up a lot about how people kissing babies can cause serious health issues so I do not want anyone kissing our baby at least till his immune system is stronger. I talked to my husband about it and he agreed. Then I talked to my mother-in-law about this and she said that I need to stop taking things off the internet because how could that hurt a baby by kissing them. Well I tried to tell her and she kind of just laughed it off. What are yall’s opinion on the matter???
