Daycare Info
Our new daycare doesn’t provide a form for when my son (4 months) last ate, wet diapers etc. although I don’t need all of it, I’ve created a one page info for them.
Including his formula, acid reflux, holding him upright after eating, safe sleep environment for my son as recommended by the AAP. Also we’d like to know when he last ate and slept. As a FTM am I being crazy? I really need some experienced insight. Thank you.
