Bladder falling down

Soooo I’ve been having this issue where I felt like something was falling into my vajayjay and I was afraid if was my uterus or that i was carrying too low. I asked my midwife to check it and she did a pelvic exam. She says it’s actually my bladder falling down in there and asked if I’ve had incontinence. And the answer was hell yea every time I cough or grow up I pee my pants. She referred me to get physical therapy for this and I’m afraid it will be awful ...anyone ever experienced his before? 😔 this my 3rd and last babe and i had two previous vaginal births included almost 3 hour pushing with my first.
