My suggestion is to see a dr if they become worse or more painful. There are skin conditions that can cause bumps that look like that

So it looks like the dots are followed by a line the moves towards the left hand side. I think they are a part of a vericose vein and that has been irritated or damaged. Like it’s blown a little causing the two dark spots.. I could be completely wrong but that’s my educated guess. 
Wearing tight pants or belts could cause this if you haven’t hurt yourself or taken a fall recently. If they’re tender, I’d recommend getting a doctor to check it out.
