Miscarriage or menstrual

So I came on my period 5 days ago but usually after the third day I'm not as heavy well everyday since I came on it I've been leading through tampons and pads , both because I put a tampon and a pad on and ive just bled through at least every hour or 2 and everytime i go to change sometimes there's blood clots and sometimes there's not..I was a few days late because I usually come on the 10th of every month.. Well since I had my daughter on august 20th I guess my period date is that... So Idk what to think right now.. Someone guide me through.. I'm kinda scared
