I just don’t feel right

I was never diagnosed with anxiety

In fact I have never been to a therapist but ive been to doctors due to some health problems including jaw problems and stuff shoulders and neck and all doctors have told me they’re caused by stress

I’m just so tired I just don’t seem to relax at all

I’ve got midterms now and my grades aren’t helping, I was writing just a bit ago and I couldn’t help but notice how much pressure I’m feeling, I just felt pressure in my head, my shoulders were so stiff and I was holding the pencil so tight

I just don’t feel alright I’m so tired and I really need help

I don’t even know why I stress out this way I just do and it’s not something I have control over it just happens unconsciously I just suddenly notice how tight I’m holding things etc. not to mention the constant feeling of pressure and stress
