Can i walk my baby at night ..

Ok I'm desperate I've tried everything to get him to sleep nothing is working and he just wants me to hold him but I'm so tired I cant ..a walk during the day gets him to sleep can't I do this at night? It's 6 (42 farenheit) degrees outside he'd be wearing a hat and snow suit and blankets in a pram he's 8 weeks please don't judge this is a last resort it's 2am being trying since 10pm ..thoughts ?😥
