Colic

My baby is 3.5 weeks old and we’re starting to wonder if she’s colicky. It started prob a week ago around 6:30 pm. A generally happy baby becomes inconsolable around the same time every night. It started with her acting hungry but after a swallow or two she’d unlatch from the bottle and scream. We wondered if it was something I ate but she does the same to formula (we supplement when necessary). We’ve swaddled, shhhh-ed, have white noise playing, bounced, burped and swung her. Gas drops seemed to kind of help for 2 days but tonight was another bad one.

Anyone have any advice? We’ll be traveling to my in laws (2 hrs one way) Thursday for Thanksgiving and am stressing about the car ride home (we also have an almost 3 yr old).
