Never use mugwort tea- dat sh*t extended my period by 2 days of light flow/ spotting. From 6 days to 8 days ðŸ˜. Apparently it's an emmenogogue- an ancient herb that women used to induce periods. I used it to help induce lucid dreams- never again 😂
