Anyone know what this is or struggled with it??

So I found out a few months ago that I have spontaneous intracranial hypotension and I was just wondering if anyone else here has had it/knows anything about it. If yes, please comment what helped you/is supposed to help me. I’ve had this since mid-September and haven’t been able to go to school, luckily I now have homeschooling but I’m still way behind in work because my headaches get really bad with lights, sounds and anything that stimulates my brain. I’m 17 and in my last year of high school but I don’t even know if I’ll be able to graduate in time due to how far behind I’ve gotten in school work. Someone, PLEASE COMMENT!!
