Shaving Problem

Hi everyone, I have a shaving problem, and i mean a shaving problem down there. I am 15 and a African American female and I my entire vaginal area is darker than my skin. I have shave bumps that refuse to go away and they itch sometimes. I would like to point out that I have had hair on my vagina ever since I was like...... 7 and I got my first period at 10. I also would like to say that I was about 13 or 12 when I first shaved down there. At first I only trimmed it with scissors but I just go so self conscious whenever I wore a bathing suit that I just decided to shave down there. So I did and when I shaved I felt better but underneath my vaginal area was a darker, way darker skin color than me ( And yes it is noticeable because I am light skin a few people have accused me of being mixed before). I also like I said have bumps down there and I mean they are all over the dark area. Not only that but I got self conscious about the hair that trailed down to my vagina from my belly button and I shaved that too so now, I have tiny black hairs growing from that and also a trail of bumps..... Yea I know I'm an idiot. So my question is how can I get rid of my hair down there and also get rid of these bumps and dark area.also, thank you for reading this, for those who decided to read. 😄😁😁😁😁😆😆
