Worries! Will the bump on my nose piercing go away?

Hey guys! Advice from someone who’s experiences this or knows about it is much appreciated!!!!😩

I got my nose pierced a month ago, and it went great! I don’t get infection easily, so really up until now the piercing has been fantastic. A week ago however, I became too confident with it, thinking it’s well on its way to healing. I started cleaning it less (saline wound wash using qtips) and I touched it with not too clean fingers a couple of times. It also got stuck on my towel once or twice and got pulled out almost completely...

So now, I have this ugly bump. Tried to take decent pictures, they’re not the best but the best I could do...

So now I’m extremely worried :(((( I like having the piercing so much, but I don’t want it to look nasty 😭😭 any advice on how long it will take to go away completely (It will go away, won’t it????)? Can I do anything to help it heal?

I traveled before I could visit my piercer, but I will go to another one soon... I do want some advice from people who have had this though, rather than a new piercer that I don’t fully trust :(
