nipple ring infected maybe??

hi so i had my nipples done in february, the left one is perfectly fine but the right one on one of the piercing holes there’s a little bump kind of, and i accidentally scratched my nipple (i have long stiletto nails lol) and it started bleeding everywhere. it scabbed over and i gently let water run over in the shower, but has anyone else experienced this and know what it is? it’s a little tender but i’m trying not to move it or touch it. i still have the same bars in that i got pierced with. thanks in advance!
