This has happened to me a couple times. Some men will take what they can get and if you even slightly seem open to it they will pursue you till you give in. I never considered these instances rape but I definitely never wanted to see that guy again and learned my lesson.
Sometimes when my current SO wants to fuck and I'm not into it initially and I'll no... and If he's persistent, I might give in but I know I will get into it and enjoy it. Sometimes if he says hes too tired i will start touching him anyway and well end up fucking. But if you don't have that love/trust in the relationship it does not work.
