Not healthy to feel this way?

Em

I just had 4 friends over for the first time since having my baby (baby is 3.5 months). They all got a chance to hold the baby and visit with her, and then my husband took her upstairs to play with her and put her to sleep while I visited with my friends. When they left, I felt really sad that my baby didn't have her mommy for 4 hours. I fed her a couple times while they were here but that's it. Normally she's with me 24/7 and she clings to me. Now she is sleeping and I feel bad for leaving her. I'm also just a little sad because I missed my baby for that short period of time. I want to wake her up and hug her (but I won't).

I know it's probably not healthy to feel this way, right?
