Extreme Belly Cramping

I’m currently experiencing the worse & weirdest belly cramping I’ve ever had. It’s more towards the top of my belly. I don’t think it’s from being constipated because I tried to use to bathroom & didn’t have to go, & I went yesterday. I do not believe these are braxton hicks, as it has been kind of constant, I’ll have a few minute break. I’ve never felt pain like this & it’s extremely concerning me. It feels as if it’s getting worse. Baby is moving too, so I don’t think it’s preterm labor. I have a really high pain tolerance, but I’m almost puking the pain hurts bad. I’m gonna call my doctor when I get home, but I’m completely freaking out.
