It’s it best to avoid touching my stomach in general?
Now at 32 weeks I’m feeling guilty when I touch my stomach cuz she moves immediately i feel like i’m bothering her. Am I being paranoid? Examples:
1: leaning my hands and iPhone on my belly for support (it’s so big now lol) while I use the phone sitting down.
2: sitting close to my desk at work to see the computer. Now I keep a gap so my stomach doesn’t actually press against the table.
3: using the laptop or a food tray sitting on the sofa or in bed. Basically real tables are a must now.
4: sleeping on my tummy unless I have like a fort of pillows that support my chest and legs to level things out 😂
5: crossing my arms while sitting
*sigh*
