Passing out while on a HEAVY period 💉

So i’m on the birth control shot and i never had periods before or they were very rare occasions cause i used to be on the pill. anyways i don’t know if that has something to do with the heaviness of my period for sure but the bleeding was very bad in the middle of the night so i took a warm bath and i didn’t know that it wasn’t a good idea so when i stood up i was very dizzy and then i woke up on the bottom of the tub to having convulsions. I’m guessing that was due to hitting my head, my mom heard me so she came in to help me but damn. basically i passed out and hit the back of my head and i was under the water for a few minutes at least.

i think i’m okay but i was just wondering if anyone else has ever passed out while on a heavy period or if i should be concerned?
