Are these hives? How do I get rid of them

I’ve had these for almost a year now, every time I get out the shower they flare up red and get really itchy, they usually don’t itch after a couple hours of my shower though. I’ve tried different shampoos to see if it was my hair but they still appear. I even have a couple on my chest. Are these hives? And how do I get rid of it?

It could be something in the water. I get hives anytime I take a shower and there's chlorine in the system. I had to run a full filter in my house to get rid of the problem. But you can also try applying apple cider vinegar to the area, it really does help.

that happens to me too 🤔 it’s only when i take a warm shower or bath i get really itchy skin especially where i have acne and it becomes super red and i scratch but it’s still itchy
