Lost and Alone

I lost my parental rights on Monday. Since I've been in a daze. Nothing is making sense. I have to tell them they're not coming home. It's our last visit. I have major depression disorder, schitzoeffective disorder, severe anxiety disorder, PTSD and that's the condensed version. I have no idea what to say. Any suggestions? I am worrying all those around. Can anyone please share some support I have no one right now. It's then that my thoughts are darkest.
