Solid white discharge

So I was masturbating and when I finished I noticed I felt extremely wet, so I got a mirror to look and in addition to regular cum there was this solid white discharge. I’m not sure what it could be. No itchiness, no burning, no irritation. I haven’t had sex in 5 months. Any ideas?
