Very scared help!!

So about a week or two ago my boyfriend and I were about to have sex but i flaked right when I felt that pain when he put the tip in( I’m a virgin btw) we didn’t do anything after that other than me giving him head.i ANYWAYS today November 24th 2018 I found this little bump on me and now I’m beyond scared, someone please please help me out and tell me what this is
