I'm 100% sure i have a UTI but I'm scared to tell that to my mom. Is there anyway i can treat it without going to the doctor? Anything I can buy on the pharmacy or whatsoever. I'll appreaciate your help :( I'm truly scared

It’s a UTI, they’re more common than you’d think. And to actually diagnose one, you’d need to visit your doctor and do a urine test.

You need to go to the doctor. UTIs are not STDs so there is no reason to be afraid of telling your mom. There are things to help with the pain but nothing will get rid of it except an antibiotic. Leaving it and “treating” it at home can lead to a kidney infection. You need your kidneys. I have kidney scarring because I’ve had so many UTIs that I didn’t treat correctly. And if not treated properly you’ll be more prone to them in the future.

No you need antibiotics. Just tell her. I've had a few in my life and only one of them was actually from sex. The others were stupid things like holding my pee in too long (at my old workplace, it was so difficult to have a chance to go to the bathroom).

Uti's are actually pretty common in women. No need to be scared to tell your mom. But you're going to need to see a doctor for a urine test and antibiotics if you have a Uti. Don't need it spreading to your kidneys.
